Darren leads the Trustee Board, ensuring that it fulfils its responsibilities within the District. The Chair will work closely with the District Lead Volunteer to achieve the purpose of The Scout Association through the development of local Scouting, in accordance with the Policy, Organisation and Rules of The Scout Association.

Luke looks after finances, such as making sure Groups are collecting all membership fees and making all payments. Luke also shares details about income and spend with other Trustees and makes sure proper accounts are kept, and draws up policies on finance and investment.

Matt manages and supports the District to ensure it runs effectively and that Scouting within the District develops in accordance with the rules and policies of The Scout Association so that the District provides good quality Scouting for young people and proactively supports and manages adults in the District.
